We happily accept returns

You have 14 days after receiving your item to make a return. Please contact us via email (thelocketlab@outlook.com) or Instagram messages. 

Conditions of return:

- The customer is responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

- Please include your name and email address inside the package so we know who to issue the refund to.

- All products must be returned unworn and in the same packaging, they arrived in.

- We recommend sending the returned item via tracked delivery. We will not be responsible for any missing items in the post. 

If you are returning goods from outside the EU please write on the customs declaration it is a return of unwanted goods. Any customs duties charged to us for returning the goods back will be deducted from your refund.
